AsnanLink Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AsnanLink’s Services. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Our Role

AsnanLink is a technology platform that helps connect dental students and patients. We are not a hospital, clinic, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical judgment.

We do not guarantee that any user is qualified, available, appropriate, or suitable for any specific case.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Services in your jurisdiction. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
• all activity under your account;
• notifying us promptly of unauthorized use.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Services only for lawful and proper purposes.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, or harmful information;
• upload content you do not have the right to share;
• impersonate another person or organization;
• harass, threaten, discriminate, or abuse other users;
• use the Services to spam or solicit improperly;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or harm the Services;
• use the Services to circumvent safety, moderation, or matching rules.

5. Dental Information and Medical Disclaimer

The Services may involve health-related information, including dental concerns, photos, treatment requests, and case notes.

You understand and agree that:

• AsnanLink does not provide emergency medical care;
• content on the platform is not a diagnosis or treatment plan unless provided by a qualified professional in the appropriate setting;
• users should seek urgent in-person care for emergencies;
• you are responsible for verifying any professional, student, or patient information before relying on it.

6. Matching and Communication

We may use your profile, preferences, location, availability, and case details to suggest matches and facilitate communication.

You are responsible for deciding whether to proceed with any conversation, appointment, or treatment arrangement. Any in-person interaction is at your own risk.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant AsnanLink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, reproduce, modify, and use that content only as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Services, subject to your privacy settings and this Agreement.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload the content you submit.

8. Paid Features and Fees

We may offer paid features, subscriptions, promoted listings, sponsored placements, or other paid services.

If applicable:

• prices will be shown before purchase;
• all payments are final unless required by law or stated otherwise;
• taxes may apply;
• we may change pricing with advance notice where required.

9. Intellectual Property

AsnanLink and its content, branding, design, software, and features are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights.

10. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Services unlawfully or abusively.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion where available.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AsnanLink will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from:

• user interactions;
• treatment decisions;
• reliance on user-generated content;
• unauthorized access;
• service interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount allowed by law, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AsnanLink and its team from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute resolution process will be handled in Cairo, Egypt.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will post the updated Terms and revise the effective date. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
