Safety & Guidelines
Ensuring a safe, professional, and reliable environment for both patients and dental students.
Patients
Supervised care at all times
All treatments on AsnanLink are performed by dental students under the direct supervision of licensed dentists. Supervisors are responsible for overseeing procedures and ensuring clinical standards are met.
Not for emergency cases
AsnanLink is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing severe pain, trauma, or urgent medical symptoms, seek immediate care at a hospital or emergency dental clinic.
Honest medical information required
You must provide accurate and complete information about your dental condition and medical history. Incomplete or incorrect information may affect treatment safety.
Respect clinical environments
All appointments must follow the rules of the assigned clinic or faculty. Patients are expected to arrive on time, follow hygiene protocols, and respect clinical staff instructions.
Consent before treatment
No procedure will be performed without your informed consent. You have the right to ask questions and understand the treatment plan before proceeding.
Cancellation responsibility
If you need to cancel or reschedule, do so in advance. Late cancellations may limit your ability to book future appointments, as they impact student training schedules.
Data privacy
Your personal and medical data is securely stored and only shared with the assigned student and supervising dentist for treatment purposes.
Dental Students
Mandatory supervision
All clinical procedures must be performed under the direct supervision of a licensed dentist. Independent treatment is strictly prohibited.
Professional conduct required
Students are expected to maintain professional behavior at all times, including clear communication with patients, respect for clinical staff, and adherence to hygiene and sterilization protocols.
Clinical readiness responsibility
You must only accept cases that match your skill level and academic stage. If you are unsure, escalate to your supervising dentist.
Patient safety is priority
At all times, patient safety overrides speed, efficiency, or case completion. Any risk must be immediately reported to your supervisor.
Accurate case handling
You are required to carefully review case details before acceptance. Misrepresentation or careless acceptance of unsuitable cases may affect your platform access.
Time commitment integrity
If you accept a case, you are expected to honor the appointment time. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may reduce future case allocation priority.
Data confidentiality
All patient information is strictly confidential and must not be shared outside the clinical context under any circumstances.
Compliance with clinic rules
Each clinical site may have additional protocols. You are required to follow both AsnanLink guidelines and local institutional rules.
